The sand spreader on the wheels is designed for efficient and economical road spreading. And from now this spreader is smart!

It is the newest and most modern Padagas product, which has been tested for more than a year with various factions and weather conditions. Such long preparation for serial production ensures that the product is complete and fit for professional work.

Modern control is economical and efficient work

The newest Padagas sand spreader comes complete with smart controls. This control ensures that the spreading material will be evenly distributed and economically adjusted to the speed of the tractor. In other words, the amount of sand is adjusted to the driving speed.

The sand spreader’s internal computer receives signals from the ABS sensor on the axle, calibrating the data and transmit the signal to the hydraulic motor which adjusting speed of the main spreading roller.

The remote control functions also allow the sander to be operated manually when there is a need to spread the material at the specified thickness without affecting the tractor speed.

Sand spreader capacity is more than 9 m3

Depending on the needs of our customers, one of the requests was to increase the capacity. With extra extension sides, the capacity of the sand spreader is as high as 9 m3. The structure design of the sand spreader is adapted to transport about 10 tons of cargo, and knowing that the sand density is as high as 1.6 t per 1m3, the capacity with the auger boards is for the lighter fraction.

Hydraulic drawbar for hitching and comfort

One of the innovations implemented with this sand spreader is a hydraulic drawbar. The drawbar is controlled by two hydraulic cylinders and has two hydraulic accumulators. The main function of the hydraulic drawbar is to absorb impact loads on uneven roads. This ensures durability and comfort for the driver.

Additional pull-outs restrict hydraulic cylinder operation and ensure safe operation.

Under the drawbar, there is a camera with a backlight so that the operator can always monitor the process of spreading.
